Jessica Thrall, MSW, LCSW

Therapist, Owner

Welcome!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Mental Health Therapist with over fifteen years experience working with children and adolescents, young adults, and families struggling with a variety of emotional and behavioral issues including anxiety, ADHD, depression, anger, stress, self-esteem, school struggles, trauma, and grief. I enjoy partnering with parents and families to provide the tools and behavioral interventions to improve parent-child interactions and communication as well as strengthen family relationships. I also enjoy working with college students who are struggling with academic pressures and adjusting to college life. I am committed to helping young people understand themselves better, and believe in their capacity for growth and learn how to express themselves more effectively.

I am passionate about providing a safe and nurturing space for the therapy process to be successful. I understand it can be overwhelming, confusing, and at times frightening when dealing with mental and emotional pain, and I am here to help you and your children through this journey.
